Reconciliation Action Plan

We are committed to a just, equitable and reconciled Australia and recognise that we all have a role to play in achieving this vision.

ENGIE developed a Reflect RAP in consultation with local First Nations communities, our team members, customers and stakeholders to provide tangible actions to achieve ENGIE’s commitments to reconciliation in Australia.

Key initiatives build on ENGIE’s existing First Nations partnerships and provide further opportunities to First Nations peoples and organisations that respect the communities and lands on which we operate.

Proud member of Supply Nation

We recognise the important role businesses must play in building respectful relationships to provide opportunity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Indigenous-owned businesses are traditionally under-represented, and by proactively building mutually beneficial partnerships, we’re contributing to lasting social and economic benefits.

Since 2009, Supply Nationhas connected Indigenous businesses with the procurement departments of government agencies and corporate Australia.

They are a leader in the global supplier diversity movement that redirects procurement spend to traditionally under-represented businesses where it can create greater social good and give businesses a strong competitive advantage.

Through our membership, we’re able to direct our purchasing to Indigenous-owned and operated businesses, providing positive social and economic benefits to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, their families and communities.
