ENGIE Australia & New Zealand will be exhibiting at AusRAIL, the largest rail event in Australasia, on 27th and 28th November. Taking place at the National Convention Centre, Canberra, the conference focus will be on ‘Rail – For a Better Future’.
AusRAIL 2018 will bring together key industry and government stakeholders, customers, researchers and suppliers to discuss the economic, social and environmental benefits and future opportunities for rail in developing a better integrated, liveable and prosperous society.
ENGIE will be at stand number 4 and will be showcasing its partner Icomera’s range of products. The portfolio includes onboard connectivity, from leading Passenger Wi-Fi, to other connected solutions including Onboard Entertainment, Passenger Information Systems and Cybersecurity services.
Icomera’s solutions provide the framework and foundations required for developing a truly interconnected eco-system of onboard digital systems and services, running as virtual applications on the Icomera router, and reducing the need for additional hardware on board the vehicle. Multiple resource-intensive applications can co-exist simultaneously as part of a single managed solution, reducing the total cost of ownership. ENGIE is able to supplement the Icomera product offering with services such as electrical and communications infrastructure, electronic security and CCTV, audio-visual solutions as well as solar PV and battery storage.
