You will soon receive your Welcome Pack. We recommend reading it as it contains essential information about your contract. The process of transferring your energy supply to ENGIE starts today. Electricity transfers typically occur within two business days, while gas transfers may take up to 90 days. You'll have a ten-business-day cooling-off period from when your Welcome Pack is issued. If you cancel after the transfer to ENGIE has occurred, we will arrange a transfer back to your previous energy retailer.
