In the 2025 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards, ENGIE took home two awards, both in the “Gas – WA” category, being named the winner as Most Loved provider, and landing a highly commended nod in the Reliable category.

Finder's Customer Satisfaction Awards highlight the gas brands Aussies love and trust most, based on their overall satisfaction and experience.

Finder asked over 60,000 Australians across the entire Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards program and used that feedback to score the results.

Their team of data scientists pored through the responses and awarded ENGIE as the winner of the Most Loved gas provider, with a score of 4.1 out of 5.

ENGIE was also recognised as a Reliable provider, with customers confident in its service.
