Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions

1. United Airlines Business Discounts (UA Business Discounts)

As at 18 March 2025, the following discounts apply to the United Airlines and Virgin Australia base fares (which excludes fees, carrier charges and taxes) of Virgin Australia marketed and United Airlines operated flights (with a VA flight number) booked by Virgin Australia Business Flyer members (Members), which may change without notice:

Business Fares:
• VA Fare Class J, C and D: 10%
• VA Fare Classes Y, B, W, H, K and L: 10%

Economy Fares:
• VA Fare Classes R and E: 5%

Please check the Virgin Australia Business Flyer website for current discount levels. UA Business Discounts can only be booked through the Booking Portal, our Guest Contact Centre, or a registered Travel Management Company (TMC) or travel agent and are not available through the public Virgin Australia website. If your TMC or travel agent is not registered to process these UA Business Discounts, please instruct your TMC or travel agent to contact the Virgin Australia Business Flyer team [email protected].

UA Business Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and cannot be combined with any other Unpublished Fares or Promotional Fares, unless otherwise stated. UA Business Discounts do not apply to any bookings made via the Virgin Australia conference and group travel area, sale fares or other tactical fares offered from time to time, and bookings for children and infants. Each Virgin Australia Business Flyer member is responsible for making their own enquiries and otherwise compliance with any ATO rulings, and Australian tax legislation arising from this offer.

2. Virgin Australia Business Flyer Members can earn up to 1,000,000 Points from completed travel on eligible flights marketed and operated by Virgin Australia or marketed by Virgin Australia and operated by eligible airline partners, per annum, based on the rolling 12 month period from when the Member joins Virgin Australia Business Flyer. Points aren’t earned on certain fees, taxes, or charges. Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions apply.

3. Velocity Frequent Flyer Points Terms and Conditions: If the individual flying with Virgin Australia or a partner airline is also a Velocity Frequent Flyer Program member, they may also earn Velocity Frequent Flyer Program points in accordance with the relevant Velocity Frequent Flyer Program Terms.

4. Points Transfer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account Administrators can transfer Points earned by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, provided that (a) there is a minimum of 3,000 Points per transfer; and (b) the Velocity Frequent Flyer member transferee is directly employed or contracted by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member.

5. Reward Seat Terms & Conditions: Based on the lead in one way Economy Domestic Reward Seat fares on Virgin Australia for the advertised routes. The Reward Seat base fare is payable in Velocity Points, and taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable in addition to Velocity Points redeemed for the base fare. Taxes, fees and carrier charges can be paid in cash or by redeeming Velocity Points. Reward Seats are limited and may not be available at the advertised lead in Reward Seat base fares, at peak times or on all flights. Reward Seat bookings must be made on the Virgin Australia website by selecting Use Points. Reward Seats and associated charges are not eligible for Points earn. Payment surcharge may apply. You can change or get a refund for your booking by paying a fee and any fare difference, at least 24 hours before scheduled departure. Any voluntary changes by members for Reward Seats with international partner airlines will require cancellation and rebooking via a new ticket. If applicable, the original ticket will be refunded. You may also request a refund for other reasons, including under the Australian Consumer Law. View the Velocity Reward Seat fare rules for more information. Frequent Flyer Rewards Store Terms and Conditions

6. Redemption of Points for Products is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions, Velocity Rewards Store Terms of Use and any other terms and conditions disclosed at the time of redemption (including gift card terms and conditions). The Velocity Rewards Store is hosted by Collinson Group Limited (ACN 083 835 661). Products ordered through the Rewards Store will not be dispatched until the relevant Points have been deducted from the member s Velocity account. Deliveries will only be made to a physical address in Australia (PO box deliveries will not be accepted). Rewards Store orders are usually delivered within 14 business days of the order being successfully processed (i.e. Points and any cash payment are received).

Delivery dates may vary from time to time. Please review all terms and conditions before making your selection, as refunds or replacements are not provided if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. You're entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees for products you get from the Rewards Store. Please see Velocity Rewards Store Terms and Conditions for further information. Please inspect a product as soon as possible after delivery to confirm it matches the description provided and is of acceptable quality.
