Switching to a better offer is easy
If we've mentioned an ENGIE plan on your bill that may cost you less than your current plan, you can easily switch online in just a few steps. Here’s how:
Use the fields below to find available plans.
You’ll find it on page 1 of your bill. Check the plan name and compare it with the plans available at your postcode and suburb.
If you want to switch plans, choose the plan that best suits you, then select Sign up and choose Existing customer when asked. You’ll need your customer number to switch plans. You’ll find your customer number at the top of your bill, next to your account details.
