(a) A Charging pack is a token or unique code, provided by ENGIE via email to an eligible customer pursuant to the terms of their ENGIE energy plan. This charging pack must be activated and an account created on the Exploren App within 12 months of receipt.

(b) Once validly activated, this code entitles one eligible customer access to a charging pack with set value as defined in the Offer Benefits section of your Welcome Pack (“Charging Pack”) from Exploren’s open-platform network of electric vehicle charging stations (“EVSE Network”).

(c) Charging packs are not refundable, not transferrable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other gift products.

(d) You agree that by activating or registering a Charging Pack on Exploren’s open-platform network of electric vehicle charging stations, you shall be subject to the Exploren Terms and Conditions which can be found here: https://exploren.com.au/terms-and-conditions/ and the Exploren Privacy Policy which can be found here: https://exploren.com.au/privacy-policy/.

(e) Each Charging Pack will be valid for twelve (12) months from the activation date (“Expiry”).

(f) The Customer acknowledges that the balance of any unused kWh associated with a Charging Pack will be deemed to be forfeited by the eligible customer at Expiry.
