These additional Product Terms are incorporated into the Agreement and should be read alongside the Market Terms and Conditions. .

Eligibility

This offer is available to new customers, or to existing customers moving home or adding an additional account. Existing customer accounts at the same premises are not eligible

Application timing

The credit is applied 90 days after your Supply Start Date.

Plan changes

If you switch plans before reaching 90 billable days, you won’t receive the Join & Stay credit. If you cancel your plan before 90 days you will not receive the credit.

Other benefits

Existing customers may receive other discounts available with your energy plan, but not the Join & Stay credit

One-off credit rule

The credit is not available if you have received a one‑off credit from us in the last 12 months (for example, a welcome or first‑bill credit).

General terms

Credit includes GST and is not redeemable for cash.
