ENGIE Activation Challenge – Sydney Royal Easter Show

Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is Twenty3 Sport and Entertainment Pty Ltd,
Level 5, 6 Riverside Quay, Southbank VIC 3006 Australia ("Promoter").
This promotion is conducted in partnership with ENGIE ("ENGIE").

Promotion

The ENGIE Activation Challenge ("Promotion") is a game of skill in which participants compete to achieve the highest score in the ENGIE Blazepod Activation Game. Chance plays no part in determining winners.

Promotional Period

The Promotion will run daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm between 2 April 2026 and 13 April 2026 inclusive.
Entries will only be accepted during these operating hours ("Promotion Period").

Participation in the Promotion is subject to the Sydney Royal Easter Show venue terms, entry conditions, security procedures and safety requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cease the activation in accordance with venue directives.

Eligibility

Entry is open to attendees of the Sydney Royal Easter Show of any age.

Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

Employees of the Promoter, ENGIE, associated agencies, contractors, suppliers and their immediate family members directly involved in the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

Entry Method

To participate in the Promotion, entrants must:

• Attend the ENGIE activation during the Promotion Period.
• Register their details via the digital registration form accessible through a QR code or registration device at the activation.
• Provide required personal information including name, email address, phone number and postcode.
• Accept these Terms and Conditions.
• Opt-in to the applicable ENGIE privacy and marketing terms presented during registration.

Upon completion of registration, entrants may join the queue to participate in the activation game.

If an entrant leaves the queue prior to participating, their turn will be forfeited and they must rejoin the queue to participate.

The Promoter reserves the right to pause gameplay, close the queue, or limit participation at any time for safety, operational or capacity reasons.

Maximum Entries

Participants may play the activation multiple times during the Promotion Period but must rejoin the queue for each new attempt.
The Promoter reserves the right to limit repeat participation if necessary to ensure fair access to the activation.

Game Description

Participants will take part in the ENGIE Blazepod Activation Challenge where the objective is to achieve the highest score possible within the allotted gameplay time.

Game instructions will be provided by activation staff prior to participation.

All scores will be recorded using the official activation scoring system. The Promoter’s recorded score is final and binding.

If equipment malfunction occurs during gameplay, the Promoter may restart or void the attempt at its discretion.

Instant Win Prize

Participants who achieve a score equal to or above the threshold determined by the Promoter will receive an instant win prize.

Instant prize:
1 x Fluffy Crunch Fairy Floss tub.

Instant win prizes are available while stocks last. The Promoter is not responsible for replenishing prizes once stock is exhausted.

Daily Major Prize

At 7:00pm each day of the Promotion Period, the participant with the highest recorded score of the day will win the daily major prize.

Daily prize:
Two (2) tickets to a game at ENGIE Stadium.

The winner may select the game subject to availability and ticketing conditions.

Winner Determination

This Promotion is a game of skill.

The participant with the highest recorded score each day will be deemed the daily winner.

In the event of a tie score, the entrant who achieved that score earliest in the day will be declared the winner.

The leaderboard resets at the start of each new promotional day.

Prize Notification

Daily winners will be contacted using the contact details provided during registration.

If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest eligible participant.

Prize Conditions

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Tickets are subject to availability and the ticketing provider’s terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value if required.

Safety and Conduct

Participants must follow all instructions provided by activation staff.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation or disqualify any entrant who:
• behaves in an unsafe or disruptive manner
• attempts to tamper with the activation equipment
• attempts to manipulate gameplay results

Participation is undertaken at the participant’s own risk and entrants must ensure they are physically capable of participating.

Publicity

By participating in the Promotion, entrants consent to photography, video recording and other media capture during the activation.

Entrants grant the Promoter and ENGIE the right to use such content for marketing, promotional or advertising purposes in any media without compensation.

For participants under 18, consent is deemed to have been provided by their parent or legal guardian.

Indemnity

Participants (and the parent or legal guardian of a participant under 18) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, ENGIE, their related companies, employees, contractors and agents against any loss, damage, liability, claim or expense arising from participation in the Promotion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, ENGIE and their related entities exclude all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

Force Majeure

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including weather, venue directives, safety concerns, equipment failure or government restrictions.

Privacy and Data

By registering for the Promotion, entrants consent to the collection of their personal information by the Promoter and ENGIE.

Personal information may include name, email address, phone number and postcode.

This information will be used for:
• administering the Promotion
• contacting winners
• marketing communications from ENGIE where consent is provided

Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe function in communications.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and ENGIE’s Privacy Policy.

Promoter Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who provides false information or attempts to manipulate the Promotion.

All decisions made by the Promoter regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
