If you have one of the models listed above, you'll need to provide us with the battery serial number as part of the joining process. Below is a photo of what the information looks like on a AnkerSolix battery.
Step 1: Open the Anker app and tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Find the Serial Number in Settings.
Step 3: Locate the 16-character serial number next to the inverter image, then tap the Copy icon to copy it.
