Setting up eBilling or changing your billing preferences
eBilling lets you receive your energy bills by email instead of by post. You’ll get your bill as soon as it’s issued, making it easier to manage payments and avoid delays, and unlike billing by post, it’s completely free.
How to set up eBilling or change your preferences
First, log in to your MyENGIE account online or through the app.
- Select My energy accounts, then choose the account you want to update.
- Select Update.
- Select the By email button, then enter your email address.
- Save your changes by selecting the button Update billing delivery button.
You’ll need to register for MyENGIE before updating your billing preferences online. If you’re unable, you can call us on 13 88 08 Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm (AEST). Or you can chat online Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm (AEST).
How to change your billing frequency
If your meter type allows it, you can change your electricity billing cycle from quarterly to monthly by calling us on 13 88 08 Mon to Fri, 8am to 7pm (AEST).
