Set up direct debit

Direct debit is a simple way to pay your bills on time without needing to remember each due date. Your payment will be automatically deducted from your selected bank account or credit card on the invoice due date. Don’t worry, we’ll always send you a reminder about your payment two weeks beforehand.

How to set up direct debit

How to set up direct debit for your account:

  • Log in to your MyENGIE account and select Billing from the main menu.
  • Select the Direct debit tile.
  • On the Manage your direct debit screen, choose the account(s) you want to set up with direct debit, then select the Update account button.
  • Add the payment method you want to use for direct debit, then follow the prompts to confirm.

If you don't have a MyENGIE account

Call us on 13 88 08 Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm (AEST), and we’ll help you set up direct debit over the phone.
