How to set up direct debit payments
Direct debit is a quick and convenient way to stay on top of your bills. Payments are taken from your selected bank account or credit card on the invoice due date, saving you the hassle of manual payments. Set, forget and avoid missing due dates in the future.
Set up your direct debit
- Log into MyENGIE and click on the 'Billing' tab in the header at the top of the page.
- Click on 'Direct Debit' under the navigation menu.
- Select the account/s you want to set direct debit up for and follow the prompts.
