Add a new property or address
If you're an ENGIE customer, you can add a property to your account in two different ways.
1: Using the ENGIE website
- Go to Compare electricity & gas plans.
- Find the product you want to sign up for, then select the button Sign up now.
- When the page loads, select the button Start now.
- The next page will ask you the question: Are you a new or existing ENGIE customer? Select the button Existing customer.
- Once you've verified your identity, select the button Add another address to my account.
2: Using the MyENGIE app
- Select the More menu at the bottom right of the screen. The icon looks like ☰.
- Select My energy accounts.
- Select I want to add a property.
