Add a new property or address

If you're an ENGIE customer, you can add a property to your account in two different ways.

1: Using the ENGIE website

  • Go to Compare electricity & gas plans.
  • Find the product you want to sign up for, then select the button Sign up now.
  • When the page loads, select the button Start now.
  • The next page will ask you the question: Are you a new or existing ENGIE customer? Select the button Existing customer.
  • Once you've verified your identity, select the button Add another address to my account.

2: Using the MyENGIE app

  • Select the More menu at the bottom right of the screen. The icon looks like ☰.
  • Select My energy accounts.
  • Select I want to add a property.
