So what happens next?

We’ll double-check your paperwork to ensure everything is complete and email it to your distributor*. If anything is missing, we’ll contact you within 48 hours.

*You can find your distributor in the top right corner of your energy bill.

Once your distributor has the completed paperwork, they’ll reconfigure your meter for solar. This can take up to 20 business days, but we’ll keep you updated. Some distributors may also send you progress notifications directly.

Your distributor may also change your tariff type (which means the structure of your rates may change); however, your offer will remain the same.

While your meter is being reconfigured, we’ll send you a link to your new Feed-in Tariff (FiT) terms. You will need to review and accept these terms to start generating and receiving any credits as soon as your meter is ready.

We’ll contact you to confirm your meter is solar-compatible and ready to go. You should see generation and applicable credits on your very next bill.
