Parental Leave

We recognise that welcoming a new child into your family is one of the most significant life changes you will experience. Eligible team members can access paid Primary or Secondary Carer’s parental leave at either full or half pay in addition to payments received under the Australian Government’s ‘Parental Leave Pay’ scheme.

Additional Annual Leave
