    How to access

    your movie tickets

     

    After signing up, you'll receive an email to join our Movie Perks platform. Follow the steps to:
     

    1   Log in to www.ENGIEMoviePerks.com.au using the email you
         signed up to with ENGIE.
     

    2   Choose your cinema and session
     

    3   Depending on the cinema, you can book your tickets 
         directly on the platform or redeem a voucher to confirm
         online or in person.
     

    4   Enjoy exclusive cinema deals every time you go!

    How do I redeem my movie tickets?

    Log in to your ENGIE Movie Perks account at engiemovieperks.com.au. Depending on the cinema, you may be able to book and confirm your tickets directly on the platform by selecting the film, cinema, and session. For other cinemas, you’ll use your Movie Perks allocation to receive a voucher for the specified session, which you’ll then convert into a confirmed ticket either on the cinema's website or in person. Please note that booking fees may apply when converting a voucher into a ticket via the cinema’s website.

    When will I receive my ticket allocations after signing up?

    Once you’ve signed up for ENGIE Movie Perks and we start supplying you energy (or after the cooling off period), you should receive an email with your ticket allocations within 7 days. You will receive your two additional ticket allocations six-months later, and then every six months after.

    What cinemas can I purchase tickets for?

    Participating Cinemas include Hoyts Cinemas, Village Cinemas, Event Cinemas, Palace Cinemas, Dendy Cinemas, Wallis Cinemas, Majestic Cinemas, Ace Cinemas, and other independent cinemas. For a full list of participating cinemas, refer to the list of Participating Cinemas located in the footer of the platform.

    Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket allocation to someone else?

    Unfortunately, ticket allocations are non-refundable or transferable.

    What if I lose my ticket or voucher?

    If you lose the ticket or voucher you purchased, you can view your orders by logging into your ENGIE Movie Perks account and selecting “My Orders” from the menu. Please contact customer support if your ticket/voucher is not showing.

    What do I do if I have technical issues redeeming my ticket or voucher?

    Please send an email to [email protected] stating your issue, and someone will get back to you within one business day.

    What methods of payment are accepted online?

    You can use Google Pay, Visa & Mastercard credit or debit cards on the ENGIE Movie Perks platform. Fees may apply.

    Are there any additional fees included in my movie tickets?

    If you receive a voucher for your chosen session, converting that voucher into a confirmed ticket via the cinema’s website may incur a booking fee.

    How long are my movie tickets valid for?

    Tickets allocated are valid for one year from the date of issue, as long as you remain subscribed to the ENGIE Movie Perks plan. If your plan ends or is cancelled, unused tickets will no longer be valid.

    How are tickets being provided to me?

    We work with an external provider to deliver your ticket allocations. By signing up, you consent to us sharing your personal information with them so they can issue your ticket allocations. As part of this process, you also agree to their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
