Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a smart meter installation, your property must:
- Have a basic meter and not an interval or smart meter already installed.
- Not have a solar power system.
- Not be part of a multi-occupant site, for example unit or apartment.
- Provide unobstructed and safe access for our technicians to carry out the installation.
- Not require an upgraded meter box or have asbestos. These issues must be remediated before installation of a smart meter can be carried out.
