How is the 10c per kWh credit applied to my rates?
We’ll credit you back 10c per kWh for electricity you use between 12am to 6am AEST. The discount will be applied as a credit on your bill. For example, if you use 100kWh between 12am and 6am AEST, you’ll receive a $10 credit on your bill. 100kWh x 10c = $10.
How long is my charging pack valid for?
12 months from the date of activation.
Can I transfer my charging pack to my friend's Exploren account?
No, charging packs are not refundable or transferrable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other gift products.
How can I monitor my charging pack usage?
Follow the steps below to monitor your charging pack usage.
- Open the Exploren app.
- Select the ☰ menu icon.
- You'll see your name and your charging pack balance.
- Select your charging pack balance to view your full status and usage history.
